Our 3 "Monthiversary"

Today is mine and Daniel's 3-month anniversary!

I know, I know...3 months doesn't sound like a huge deal. But I choose to look at it as though it's a quarter of a year. And a year is a long time. So, that means that 3 months is pretty good.

I asked Daniel last night if he knew what tomorrow was, and he got that sort of worried look on his face, and then calmly replied, "Yeah - it's our monthiversary." He's weird in that he comes up with words and uses them nonchalantly. I'm weird in that it always makes me laugh and I think he's just that much cuter.

I'm cooking his favorite meal for him at his apartment tonight. And when I say favorite meal, I just mean his favorite out of the 3 or 4 meals I've ever made for him. It's super easy, but he thinks I'm a culinary genius, so I make it and act like it's no big deal so that he stays impressed with me and thinks that I'm really good in the kitchen. I'll let you know how it turns out.

xoxo

it's just chicken breast cut into strips, roll them in a beaten egg to make it sticky, and then roll them in crushed French's fried onions. then you just bake them for like 30 minutes or put them on the skillet. and i make cous cous to go with it, which takes like 5 minutes. good stuff! i got it from a friend who got it from a can of the onions i think. daniel asks me to make it all the time! :)

I love you. Say hello to Daniel. I miss you.
I tasted apples at school and my school is red.
I will draw a heart for you and I love you and I hope I see you again when you come over my house.

Love,
Caragh

I want that meal!
Maybe I'll cook it for Derek.

But young love is different than married love. You could cook anything and Daniel would probably love it. Derek's fav phrase when I cook is, "U know what's missing?..."
